1. Cancellation Notice:

Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 48 hours in advance. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients waiting for services.

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

Cancellations and rescheduling can be done directly through our online booking system. Simply log in to your account, select the appointment you wish to cancel or change, and follow the prompts. 3. Late Cancellation Fee:

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. This fee compensates our dedicated staff for their time and maintains a fair policy for all clients.

4. No-Show Policy:

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. We understand emergencies happen; if you cannot make it last minute due to an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible.

5. Late Arrivals:

Please note that arriving late for your appointment may require us to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment, depending on availability. The original booking fee will still apply.

7. Appointment Confirmation and Reminders:

We will send an appointment confirmation upon booking and a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please ensure your contact information is up to date in our system.

8. Policy Acknowledgment:

By utilizing our online booking system, you agree to our cancellation policy. Fantastic Spa reserves the right to modify any provisions of this cancellation policy at any time without notice.

All gift cards are available to be delivered electronically. Please select digital delivery at checkout and we will email your digital gift card within 1 business day. 

Massage therapy is for relaxation and  therapeutic purposes only.  There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever.  Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future.  You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session.   Depending on the behavior exhibited I may also file a report with local authorities if necessary.  Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
